About Hands Of Grace Community Outreach
Hands Of Grace Community Outreach is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to serving elderly, disabled, and families and individuals in need within our community. Founded and led by Ronald Collins, with managing director Gwendolyn Walters, director/treasurer Ernestine Frazier, and director of operations Joe Frazier, our organization is built on the principles of compassion, dignity, and respect. We believe that everyone deserves to be treated with honor and to have access to the resources they need to live with dignity.
Our dedicated team is committed to being a reliable source of hope, practical help, and encouragement for those facing hardship. Through our comprehensive range of support services, we address the immediate and ongoing needs of vulnerable populations in our community. Whether providing essential food and clothing, assisting with utility bills, helping with medication costs, or offering transportation to medical appointments, we work tirelessly to ensure that no one in our community faces their challenges alone.
